DUE TO COVID-19 ALL BASIC WHOLESALE PROCESSING & SHIPPING time is between 2-10 business days and ALL CUSTOM ORDERS PROCESSING & SHIPPING is between 14-21 business days with UPS shipping.
Order processing is the process or work-flow associated with the picking, packing and delivery of the packed items to a shipping carrier and is a key element of order fulfillment.
Order shipped means that your order has been completed and has been shipped out. It is now on its way to you. You should receive an email with your tracking number or numbers so that you can see the status of your package with UPS.
Basic Orders (10 PAIR MOQ): will be processed and shipped between 2-10 business days with UPS shipping.
Custom Orders (50 PAIR MOQ): will be processed and shipped between 14-21 business days with UPS shipping.
For all custom orders, clients will have 24-72 hours to send their logo files in the following formats: .PNG, .JPEG, or .PDF in a corresponding email from email@example.com. If logo files are not sent in a timely manner, your order will be cancelled. Please read below to comprehend the full extent of our order cancellation policy.

Please note your order will remain ‘Unfulfilled’ until your order is received after customization. Rest assured, your order is deliberately being worked on and we will fulfill the order as soon as possible.
Order Cancellation Policy
We ask that you thoroughly read over our store policies and procedures. We will do our best to service all client's needs and provide appropriate assistance for your orders. Clients will have up to 72 hours to respond to any emails about logo files for custom packaging and/or mistakes within your order. If we do not hear from you in a timely manner, your order will be cancelled. Please note, this is the only time a refund will be rewarded. We strive to ensure proficient service and we need your full cooperation in order to do so.
Refunds, Exchanges & Return Policy
Because of COVID-19 and sanitary procedures, all sales are FINAL. No exchanges, returns, or refunds will be allowed. Rest assured that your orders will be handled with the upmost care and cleanliness.
